Shop Profit Accelerator ("we") collects only the information you choose to give us, such as your name, shop name, email, phone and messages sent through our booking page, chat or email. We use it to respond to you, schedule calls and deliver consulting services.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our scheduling, email and chat tools, and only as needed to operate them.
On our "See if you're a fit" page, if you choose to add your name and email and click the button to request a call, we receive your name, email, optional shop name, your total score and your answers to the checklist. They are stored in a Google Form and Google Sheet that only we can access, and we use them to prepare for your call. If you leave the fields blank, nothing from that page is sent to us.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as pages viewed and how visitors found us.
Financial and operating data you share during an engagement is kept confidential and used only to deliver the services you hired us for.
You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by replying "stop" to any email or writing to us at the address below.
